The dual 70,000 BTUs burner ensure convenient cooking at large scale with each burner that can work individually for simmer control. The sealed burners with drain that protects the boil overs and spills comes with a removable dip tray for easy cleaning. Additionally, the stainless-steel top cover of the appliance offer protection from the elements.
